Terms
The service
CopyCustomization, run by Kane Olsen, helps copy Amazon Custom customization between supported marketplaces or seller accounts. The agreed project covers the selected SKUs, source and target listings, and any approved unit or price conversions.
Submitting the website form is an enquiry. It does not place an order, authorize listing changes, or create an obligation to pay.
Your authority and instructions
You must have authority to manage the seller accounts, listings, and assets involved. You remain responsible for your products, intellectual-property rights, listing content, and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
Before work starts, confirm the source and target listings, which existing customization may be replaced, and any exchange rate or rounding instructions. Access should be limited to the permissions needed for the agreed work. Do not share your password; you can revoke delegated access when the work is finished or paused.
Free pilot
The first 10 agreed SKUs are free. Review the copied customization in your own builder and tell Kane whether you approve it. Paid work begins only after you approve the pilot and agree to the remaining scope and invoice.
If the pilot reveals an incompatible listing or missing information, Kane should explain the issue before proceeding. You can stop after the free pilot without buying a full batch.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The first 10 SKUs are excluded from the paid quantity. For batches below 250 SKUs, the current rate is $3 per additional SKU; at 250 SKUs and above, the current catalog rate is $2 per additional SKU. Larger or more complex projects receive a written quote.
The displayed founding rates are locked for your first agreed batch when a founding spot is confirmed. Standard rates after the launch offer are $4 and $3 per additional SKU respectively. The calculator is an estimate; the written quote confirms the quantity, price, and any applicable taxes before payment.
Payment is by Stripe invoice after pilot approval and before the remaining batch runs. Extra work or a changed scope requires your agreement to a revised quote; it is not added silently.
Timing and delivery
The pilot target is within 24 hours of receiving the necessary invitation, access, and complete instructions. Batch throughput is an estimate, and Amazon’s processing or display of changes is outside CopyCustomization’s control. If access, listing compatibility, or a platform problem affects the work, Kane should explain the delay and agree next steps with you.
Target customization is backed up before an agreed change. A results report identifies completed copies and any rejected or unresolved listings. Ask Kane to pause the job if your instructions change.
Match guarantee
If a copied listing does not match its source, Kane will fix it or you do not pay for that listing. A match includes the unit and price conversions you approved, so those intentional differences are assessed against your instructions.
Report a mismatch with the SKU and a description of what differs. If you have already paid and the mismatch cannot be fixed, the proposed remedy is a refund for the affected paid SKU. This guarantee is not a promise of sales, search ranking, account approval, or Amazon accepting otherwise ineligible content.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can cancel before the paid batch starts for a refund of that batch’s payment. If you cancel after work begins, the proposed policy is to charge only for completed, matching paid SKUs and refund the unused amount. The free pilot remains free. A revised project or special quote should identify any different arrangement before you accept it.
A rollback can be requested using the saved target customization. Do not make overlapping changes without telling Kane, so the correct version and recovery steps can be agreed.
Platform and service limits
CopyCustomization is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon. Amazon controls its systems and may change its requirements or availability. Work may be paused where it cannot be completed safely or within the agreed access.
The proposed terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No governing-law clause or business registration address is specified in this draft; these require owner confirmation before the terms are adopted.
Privacy
The privacy page explains enquiry storage and verification. Keep confidential account or buyer information out of the public enquiry form; project-specific information should be shared only through the process agreed with Kane.
