Who to contact

CopyCustomization is run by Kane Olsen. For privacy questions or requests, email kaneeverlyne@gmail.com. This is the contact used for personal replies. Email sent to kane@copycustomization.com also forwards to Kane’s inbox.

Information in your enquiry

The pilot form asks for your email address, source and target marketplaces, whether you are copying between seller accounts, an estimated SKU range, and optional notes. A saved submission also includes its submission time, record ID, enquiry status, country when Cloudflare supplies it, and your browser’s user-agent header.

Please keep notes relevant to the project. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, buyer information, or other sensitive information through this form. Any Seller Central access needed for an agreed project is arranged separately.

Why this information is used

Your enquiry is used to reply to you, assess the proposed copy, arrange a pilot, and manage any work you approve. Technical information is used to protect the form and investigate submission problems. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Stored submissions and service providers

Successful form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. The website is hosted using Cloudflare Workers. When notifications are enabled, enquiry emails are delivered to Kane’s Gmail inbox through Cloudflare. A notification can contain the submitted fields and the saved record’s ID, timestamp, country, and user agent. A failed notification does not remove a saved enquiry.

If paid work is agreed, billing is arranged separately through a Stripe invoice. This website’s pilot form does not collect payment-card details.

Cloudflare, Google, and any payment provider process information to provide their services. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. CopyCustomization does not sell enquiry details or use them for advertising audiences.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Its verification token is checked before a lead is saved. When available, the connecting IP address is sent to Cloudflare for that check; the lead table stores a country value rather than an IP-address field.

Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address and browser information. Cloudflare explains its processing and privacy choices in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not currently load advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare security features can involve browser storage or cookies depending on their configuration. See Cloudflare’s Cookie Policy for its security-related cookie information.

Proposed retention schedule

The proposed policy is to review enquiries that have not become client projects after 12 months without meaningful contact, and delete them when they are no longer needed. This is a manual review policy; the website does not run scheduled deletion. Copies in email need to be reviewed as well as database records.

For client projects, keep only the records needed to deliver the work, provide agreed support, resolve a dispute, or meet accounting and legal obligations. Review those records when those purposes end. A specific invoice-retention period must be confirmed once the business’s jurisdiction and accounting requirements are established.

Access, correction, deletion, and questions

You can ask Kane what enquiry information is held, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop further follow-up. Email from the address you used in the form where possible. Only information reasonably needed to confirm your identity should be requested.

The proposed response target is to acknowledge requests within five business days and respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained for an agreed project, a dispute, or a legal obligation; if so, Kane should explain the reason. Any rights and response deadlines required by applicable law continue to apply.

Security and changes

Access to enquiries is intended to be limited to Kane and providers needed to operate the service. The form uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and Turnstile verification. No online service can promise perfect security.

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes to the use of information already collected should be communicated before adopting a new use that requires permission.
